The Arts!

The Ringling International Arts Festival (RIAF) was an exciting event for Sarasota. The festival was filled with delightful performances by some of the greatest talents. There were so many dynamic shows, including inspirational dance, delightful theatre and excellent music. RIAF is a collaboration between Ringling Museum of Art & Baryshnikov Art Center of Manhattan, NY. Under the creative direction of Ringling & Baryshnikov it was an amazing show of brilliant professionals. The performances were world-class and our community truly appreciated it. What a tremendous opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy the arts! Sarasota has become a key area for the arts, and The John & Mable Ringling Museum delivered great talent for four days! Thanks to Ringling for providing the great entertainment! They really got the audience to going! Everyone was grooving to their unique sound! Their music incorporated a brass band sound with funk and bebop in a New Orleans style. Treviso provided a fine dining experience with a taste of New Orleans. Amazing!
